What is ABSOCODER?
Concerning control formats for factory automation equipment, it is generally agreed that an "absolute" format is preferable to an "incremental" format.ABSOCODER system has the foundations in NSD's solid record as a manufacturer of absolute control systems.Featuring a unique operating principle which results in a superior construction design, ABSOCODER brings a big advantage to FA systems.Moreover, ABSOCODER is operable in most situations and offers a remarkable range of model combinations, making it easy to incorporate in almost any user systems.
ABSOCODER system consists of a sensor which detects the machine movement, and a converter which converts this movement into electrical data. A dedicated cable connects the sensor and the converter. The optimum sensor and converter combination provides only the functions required for the machine, and that makes the cost minimize.We have various sensors and can adapt it your equipments. There are VRE series 1-turn rotation angle detection type, MRE series multi-turn position detection type, and VLS series linear position detection type.

VLS is a linear type sensor that detects an absolute position.

CONVERTER
